hold the pressure on there okay and a
good thing to do is also flex the wrist

feel that yeah and you can turn your
pump side up too as you’re rolling and
just get the flexor tendons now what if
the pressure is too firm on this side
then you could just lower it by turning
the pressure knob to the left oh great
yeah you could turn it back up to the
right whenever you want to get more
pressure you can also just bring it onto
your hands just kind of get those ridges
in between the bones and those really
tight little hard-to-reach muscles in
there and you’re not using your other
hand to give yourself a massage either
you’re not hurting this hand while

    This massager is fantastic! I purchased it for my forearms because I suffer from “tennis elbow” in both arms. Since my forearms are very thin, I was worried that it would not be tight enough around my arms to achieve the desired effect. It works flawlessly! I wish it was a little thicker, but it does the job and feels great on my arms. It feels great on my feet and calves. I like that it has three different modes and that it switches off after 15 minutes or that you can use it manually. My only complaint is that the “hot” feature does not heat up very well. I can feel some warmth, but it’s not “heat.”

    I just got it today, but it’s my new best friend! I had no idea it would be this successful! I’m able to reach all the way up to my shoulder. My neck has three herniated disks, which cause numbness and pain down my arms. It also causes knots to form in my stomach, back, arms, and even my fingertips. I’ve been using smaller manual devices, similar to scraping tools, to work out the knots, but this causes more discomfort in the hand doing the work, so it’s a catch-22. This isn’t going to get into the places where my fingertips are, but it will certainly get into the places where my ribs and elbows are. I’m really optimistic!
