hi I’m Paul Klieman and I invented the
rollio therapeutic our massager as a
licensed massage therapist I give over
1,000 massages per year and while I was
helping my clients with their aches and
pains my wrists forearms and hands were
really paying the price so I wanted to
have something that I could use at home
or on the job to help relieve my
repetitive stress injuries from all
those massages I invented the rollio to
provide a firm specific massage of the
forearms wrists and hands to help
relieve those symptoms whether you’re a
gardener guitarists dentists or just use
the computer all day I think you’ll find
that the rollio massager can really help
alleviate your symptoms let’s see how it
works and to help us show you how to use
the rollio
I have a nice pond here hey Denise
denise is also a massage therapist hey
your arms feeling today Denise not very
good I’ve actually done a lot on this
day so they’re a little aged well let’s
try to use the rolling out and see if it
helps those arms and hands feel a little
better once you take off your jewelry
your watch okay so we’re just gonna take
the hand and arm and slide it in there
slowly alright you just want to try to
get the pressure in on those tight areas
those trigger points you know up and
down the forearm on the extensor muscles
when you feel a really sore spot you can
hold the pressure on there okay and a
good thing to do is also flex the wrist
a little bit or make a fist sir I can
feel that yeah and you can turn your
pump side up too as you’re rolling and
just get the flexor tendons now what if
the pressure is too firm on this side
then you could just lower it by turning
the pressure knob to the left oh great
yeah you could turn it back up to the
right whenever you want to get more
pressure you can also just bring it onto
your hands just kind of get those ridges
in between the bones and those really
tight little hard-to-reach muscles in
there and you’re not using your other
hand to give yourself a massage either
you’re not hurting this hand while
you’re making this one feel better yes
if you use this just a few minutes a day
it should really help
with getting the circulation back in
there and the inflammation well thank
you you’re welcome
we’re sure that if you use the rollio
with the tips we’ve just provided that
you’ll get a very effective massage out
of it
and if you want more information you can
go to our website at Robbo your pain
away comm and we’d love to hear about
your experiences with rollio so please

Arm Massage FAQ

How to massage arm muscle?

In this Japanese style massage technique, you can learn how to give a Shiatsu or Swedish massage. Both these techniques use kneading, tapping, and rubbing movements to soothe and calm tensed muscles. A Swedish massage is much easier to learn since it uses smooth strokes and longer strokes. This massage technique is especially useful if you have problems with your range of motion. For the Shiatsu massages, the masseuse will use his or her fingers in a squeezing motion to soothe the sore spots of the body or trigger points (muscle knots).

There are many different ways of performing the massage. It is a good idea to start out with only your fingertips to avoid causing too much pressure. Start off with warm, not hot oil relaxing oil. If you are working with a therapist, you may be asked to use a special oil instead of the regular oils used for massage. The oil relaxing massage should be done over a period of twenty minutes or so.

If you want to add an extra element to your massage, you can attach a message to the armrest seat. The message on a kind of car door can easily be attached. You can also use a handheld massager on a kind of chair, recliner, or table. Massagers are designed to fit over the top of a chair, table, or any other surface you want to use. You can even get ones that strap onto a belt clip!

How to massage arm cording?

Massage arm compression cording is a type of recording that is used to help with making sure that you get the most out of the compression that goes on in your arms while getting massaged. This is something that tends to be very important because of how a lot of different things can go wrong when it comes to getting a massage handled. For example, you might have some skin problems in your arms that are going to make it hard for you to get the full effects of the massage going on. These problems can easily cause you to not be able to get the maximum effect out of the massage. The arm compression cording will help to help with making sure that this does not happen.

Another thing about a recording on these is that it will help to make sure that the arm muscles are as relaxed as possible. The reason for this comes from how the arm muscles will have to be stretched out and brought into position before a recording is going to be effective. This is something that can cause the muscles in your arm to become tense or irritated because of how they are not being used prior to the recording being played.

All of these considerations are important ones for you to think about when it comes to using massage arm compression cording with your own massage services. The best part is that you will have the option of having the entire thing recorded so that you will have something to use in the future to help to ensure that you can get better results out of your massage sessions. The recorded recording will also work as an aid for helping to make sure that you do not ever run into any problems with a massage service on a regular basis.

How to massage arm carpal tunnel?

Massage arm carpal tunnel syndrome is a serious problem that can develop from frequent or long-term use of a hand-held massager. The symptoms of the disorder are varied but include pain and tenderness in the hand, wrist, arms, shoulders, and sometimes even the neck. Also, numbness at the site of the massage can be noted. While some people only feel a tingling sensation or an itching feeling during a massage session, other patients have difficulty fully moving their hands and feel a pinching or burning sensation. Usually, if the massage is just for the hands, it is not likely to cause serious injury, but there are certain conditions that can make the condition much more dangerous. Therefore, it is very important to consult a doctor or chiropractor if one begins to experience signs of carpal tunnel syndrome.

Some patients choose to seek massage therapy to relieve the pain of carpal tunnel, and many doctors and chiropractors recommend massage sessions as part of a patient’s preventive care routine. A massage therapist will place their hands in the carpal tunnel and gently massage the tendons and the muscles surrounding it. This helps to loosen up tight muscles, improve circulation, relieve muscle spasms, and strengthen weak muscles and tendons. When used regularly, massage can greatly alleviate the symptoms and complications associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.

In some cases, especially when the therapist has not done enough research on the particular client, a massage can cause additional problems. Some individuals, especially those who have had previous massages, have experienced bruising, numbness, or pain while engaging in normal activities such as typing, using the computer, or driving. If a massage therapist begins to notice any signs of these complications, it is better for him or her to stop the massage and wait for the patient to get over the discomfort rather than risk having a client injured while engaging in potentially harmful activities.

How to massage arm with lymphedema?

One of the most promising new methods of treating lymphedema has been developed by a team of scientists, after doing some extensive research on the subject. Their discovery was that massage therapy can help to relieve the symptoms associated with lymphedema, and in fact, can be instrumental in the recovery of the patient who has been diagnosed with the condition. What’s so great about this is that there is no danger of scarring associated with lymphedema as there is usually with other types of massage therapies. The massage is performed with the use of either a therapist or the patient sitting on a special chair that has a small pump to provide a relaxing massage to the arm.

Many doctors feel that massage can help to reduce the symptoms associated with lymphedema but they admit that it needs to be performed properly in order to have any beneficial effect. They recommend that anybody suffering from any type of lymphedema with the use of a massage therapist first to have a medical check up to ensure that the swelling and the pain are not caused by an underlying illness. If this is the case then a doctor may recommend physiotherapy in order to strengthen and tone the arm so that it no longer feels too much pressure when the massage is given. If swelling does occur, the massage can then be performed with the use of a compression garment to control the swelling and to reduce pain.

It is thought that massage will help to improve circulation in the arm, thus reducing the swelling and the pain associated with it. This improvement in the circulation will relieve the pressure on the arm and also improve the way in which the limb moves. The massage therapist will often suggest the use of a compression sleeve to wear whilst giving the massage. By wearing the compression sleeve, the lymphedema arm will be less at risk of causing discomfort while the massage is being given. Although many people may dismiss arm lymphedema as a cosmetic problem, the truth is that the pain associated with this illness can prevent people from carrying out their day to day activities, causing a lot of inconvenience.

Arm massager with heat

When you are considering whether you should invest in an arm massager with heat, there are some factors that you should keep in mind before you make a purchase. For example, you need to know the minimum order quantity that is required by any online retailer, and you also need to be sure that you understand exactly what it is that you are purchasing. Arm massage is not typically covered by your home warranty, and you will need to make sure that you understand what the maximum delivery time will be like. Although the massage is usually performed with the help of electric muscle stimulators, you should realize that they can overheat in the course of the massage.

Some people may find that applying heat directly to a specific area on their arm can increase blood circulation to that area, which may increase overall comfort. But, other people find that it can increase blood flow only to the superficial layers of the skin, which means that the massage is less effective. Even so, if you purchase an arm massager with heat, you can be assured that you will get a quality experience. A professional massage therapist can identify which areas of your body require massage and which do not. He or she can also customize the massage to meet your particular needs.

When you consider whether or not you should invest in an arm massager with heat, you also need to keep in mind that your skin can become sore after a while. If you have a lot of tension in your muscles, for instance, this can lead to irritation in your skin, particularly in the area where the massage is being administered. In fact, a common complaint among people who use electric massagers is that their hands and arms are sore after a session. The best way to avoid this is to make sure that you use a quality machine that is made for providing consistent, soothing massage. This will ensure that you enjoy a consistent massage without the risk of soreness.

Arm massager for climbers

The use of an arm massager for climbers is a great way to keep your arms strong and prevent them from becoming weak. This article will explain how an arm massager for climbers can help you. First, what exactly are arm massage? These are back attachments that many athletes use to keep their arms stronger after they have been lifting weights for a while. The main benefit of these back attachments is that they can help with strength training and can help prevent you from injuring your back while you’re in training.

The arm massager for climbers is very similar to the ones used by runners and weightlifters. Basically, what happens is that you use the device to massage your biceps and triceps while you are exercising. The idea is to get a little more blood into the area because it’s harder for your muscles to grow when they are cramped shut. As a result, you can often see better results from your exercising efforts and you should see an increase in your workout results. Many people use their arm massage to warm up their arms before they exercise, which is a great idea if you don’t have access to another type of arm exerciser.

There are many different brands and models of arm massage for climbers on the market. Some of them are manual push models, where you have to physically push the device across your body. This can be a good thing if you are pushing yourself, but it can also be a bit of a nuisance if you happen to get tired or lose your balance trying to push the thing across your body. In most cases, you can just readjust the device so that it’s in the correct position across your body.

Arm massager for estheticians

If you are a professional masseuse or estheticians and you are looking for an effective arm massage to help with reducing soreness, inflammation and tension in your muscles you should definitely consider using an arm massager that is made for massage. An effective arm manager will have the ability to deliver consistent pressure throughout your entire arm. This will help to keep your muscles working well and relieve any soreness or stiffness that you may be feeling.

The arm massager for estheticians that we recommend is the Reiki arm massage. This particular tool is great for all types of massage therapy. It has the ability to massage both the soft and hard muscles throughout the arm. It is also equipped with a handheld massage device that makes it easy to work all areas of your arm from the fingertips all the way up to your shoulder. There are a number of different features that make this product unique and effective, but we are only going to discuss one of them here in this article.

One of the unique features that this arm massager for estheticians has been the heat technology. This is a great feature because it allows the therapist to apply heat therapy to all the muscles in your arms. By heating up these particular muscles it helps to relax them making your massage more effective in delivering the results you are looking for. Another benefit of using this type of arm massager for estheticians is the mobility that it provides as you are massaging your muscles. It is easily maneuvered between the various points on your arm allowing you to massage the most effective areas.

Roller massager for arm

The roller massager for arm can be a great way to help relieve stress on the muscles of the back and shoulder. Often when we are working a long, tiring day at work the muscles in our arms and shoulders are sore and tight. This can really limit what we can do because it prevents us from reaching overhead. A roller massager for arm is a great way to help the muscles in these areas become more limber. The roller massager is also great to stretch out the tendons that attach the muscles to the bones of the arms.

A roller massager for arm can also increase circulation and allow the muscles in the arm to receive more blood and nutrients. This will help give the muscles in the arm more energy and to improve the strength of each contractor. You can use this type of massager for arm therapy whenever you need it to help you with your sore and tense muscles. The roller massager for arm can be used for exercising the arm as well as it can be used when there is an injury or ache in the arm.

The roller massager for arm is also very convenient to use in the home. Many people like to take their workout to the gym with them and the arms usually end up sore and tight after several hours of exercise. Using a roller massager for arm will relax the muscles and provide the area with an easy way to loosen up for a little while. Using one of these devices for a few minutes will provide the arms with a little rest. This is great to do before and after exercise is done as a preventative measure for aching muscles.

This massager is fantastic! I purchased it for my forearms because I suffer from “tennis elbow” in both arms. Since my forearms are very thin, I was worried that it would not be tight enough around my arms to achieve the desired effect. It works flawlessly! I wish it was a little thicker, but it does the job and feels great on my arms. It feels great on my feet and calves. I like that it has three different modes and that it switches off after 15 minutes or that you can use it manually. My only complaint is that the “hot” feature does not heat up very well. I can feel some warmth, but it’s not “heat.”

  2. Mj.

The recovery compression system performs admirably. The only issue is that the sleeve is too long for anyone with short arms.

  3. Lauren

I just got it today, but it’s my new best friend! I had no idea it would be this successful! I’m able to reach all the way up to my shoulder. My neck has three herniated disks, which cause numbness and pain down my arms. It also causes knots to form in my stomach, back, arms, and even my fingertips. I’ve been using smaller manual devices, similar to scraping tools, to work out the knots, but this causes more discomfort in the hand doing the work, so it’s a catch-22. This isn’t going to get into the places where my fingertips are, but it will certainly get into the places where my ribs and elbows are. I’m really optimistic!
