Back Stretcher Demo Video
hello everybody it’s me RJ here again
with another video for you guys today
I’m gonna be going over a back stretcher
and a little bit of a review on it
what this is is obviously a back
stretcher and you use it to help stretch
your back to decompress your spine it
helps with sciatica back pain lower back
pain and helps get to helps you return
the normal curvature to your spine so
let’s go ahead and open the bag and see
what’s inside so you have the base
platform and you have instructions and
this piece here I’m not sure what it’s
called this is the piece that you
actually lay your back on and it has
little points here for a type of what it
claims acupuncture so in order to use
this you slide this in here and I’m
gonna have to get in front of the camera
to demonstrate how to place this in its
proper position there are three levels
of stretching of a one level two level
three I suggest you start off on level
one especially if you’re not very
flexible never go to the maximum level
of something without trying the first
few levels see if you were even capable
of doing that I’m pretty flexible and
level two is actually kind of hard for
me to lay there so let’s go ahead and
show you how it works and place your
knees right here keep this in place and
you bend this and place it in that slot
that’s level one I’ll demonstrate level
two this is level two now this piece a
little pad it’s a soft pad right here
for your spine your spine is gonna set
right here so your back will be here now
always lay your butt on this side not
this side cuz you don’t want to be
sitting on those so this side so on the
front of the bag it says to do this five
minutes a day I’m not gonna lay on there
for five minutes
in this video but I will show you how to
lay on it you lay on it and when you’re
done laying on it you it the owner’s
manual tells you to roll to the side and
let yourself rest on the ground for 30
seconds before standing up because you
could possibly experience some dizziness
from laying down in that position so
safety for safety precautions you don’t
want to just roll off and jump up in the
air and take off so the manual or
instructions are pretty clear very easy
to understand so there are three levels
of stretching on this but there’s also
three levels of stretching in the
position that you’ll a level 1 would be
knees bent level 2 would be to
straighten out the knees and to get even
more of a stretch would be level 3 would
be to raise your hands and place them
behind your head and try to let your
elbows rest on the ground okay now I’m
going to put the camera back I’m going
to show you how this thing works and it
does relieve pain in your lower back I
have lower back pain not not extreme but
it’s there it’s a dull ache nearly all
day long and when I do this I’m help
SRIA leave my back at least for at least
for half of the day so I just started
using this I’m used it a lot so I’m
hoping that further progression with
this will help relieve my back pain for
longer hours or maybe even correct it
because it’s not I have a little bit of
issue with sciatica sometimes so let me
go ahead and and show you guys how to
use this so I’m gonna lay with my butt
on this side let me put the camera back
a little bit so you can see most of my
body but my butt is gonna be on this
side alright so here we go
we sit like this lay back and that would
be what I talked about earlier level one
position or light stretching and then to
get more of a stretch you would extend
your legs like so and to get even more
stretch you would raise your arm and let
them rest so you can tell them
stretching me pretty good try to what
you doing this try to relax the best you
can but it is kind of tough to relax
when you feel like your body is being
pulled apart so in order to relieve that
I can bring my knees up and that makes
it much better so or I could place my
arms back down here if I’m not
comfortable doing this do what feels
comfortable don’t stretch yourself to
the limits do what feels comfortable lay
like this for five minutes five minutes
a day and this minute it feels so good
it feels like somebody taking your spine
and pulling it stretching it apart like
that it feels very good so anyway so the
the instructions of the manual says to
roll to the side and you finish so you
would just roll to the side
and sit here for about 30 seconds and
relax before you would get up so that is
pretty much it for that I really enjoy
this product it stretches my back it
helps relieve so in my lower back pain
and it feels great it almost feels like
kind of like when you’re on an inversion
table a little bit except you’re just
getting your back stretched not your
arms or legs or anything like that it’s
just your back
so anyway I’m gonna put the link for

guys can go check it out I didn’t pay
much money for it yeah one very
expensive at all I think 20 something
dollars from Amazon so it’s very
lightweight you can probably throw this
thing in a backpack you know and and I
saw some other brands that actually
showed that you could put this on your
car seat and drive with this behind you
I probably would want to do that but
some people might want that support

Back Stretcher Review
