I bought this device because I was fed up with getting irregular blood pressure readings. It was common at times (120/80). At times, it was 155/105, 132/100, 118/78, and so on. I wanted to be able to take blood pressure measurements at home at the appropriate times to get a better sense of where my blood pressure is so that my doctor and I could agree on what I needed to do. My most recent doctor’s office reading was 143/85, and this machine says I’m at an average of 141/85, so I guess it’s pretty accurate. I highly recommend this little gadget to anyone who wants to check their blood pressure for the price.
The blood pressure monitor is really good, and it has come in handy because my doctor requires me to record my blood pressure twice a day. It just takes a minute to get all set up and the reading completed, and then all of your readings (including the date and time) are conveniently saved on the Balance Health app for later analysis.
