I bought this product because of all the positive feedback, but after making family members try it out, we all came to the same conclusion: the massager’s strength does not extend back to your heel, and the majority of the pressure is felt where your foot is within. I assumed it was pressure points, but it’s really a compression pinch, which can be very painful at times. Also, my parents, for whom I purchased this, had a difficult time using it because they have arthritis and the foot compartment is very small, so if you have slightly arthritic bones, the massager hurts and my parents have to use it on low pressure. Furthermore, heat does not seem to be constant.
Other massagers exist, but this is our favorite. For years, I’ve used a gadget that attaches to the back of my hand. It’s still functional, but it’s not without flaws.
