okay so today I’m going to be reviewing
the new Dyson 810 a humidifier comes in
this very nice packaging so I think
Apple product it seems were you know
very enticing you don’t really know why
you want it you just kind of do but we
really like this because it combines two
technologies that we’re really
interested in first of all is the air
multiplier which is basically fun that
evenly distributes air and second of all
this humidifier which is slightly
different because Dyson have included
this ultra Cleanse technology which
means it kills 99.9% bacteria in the
humid air so that was a really
attractive force because as you can see
we’ve got a new baby girl is Lexi Lexi
now the thing is about this one is that
it’s having blades so so it’s really
safe put a little baby girl like Lexi as
you can see we can die break anyway say
hello hello Oh
anyway since she’s perfectly safe around
that so Lexi certainly loves it Donnie
yes you drew so now I’m just going to go
through our product and how its
assembled only came in very few pieces
and it’s really easy to assemble your
plug which is looking to the wall there
the album supplier which is essentially
just plastic not much weapons there the
tank which we fill the water up in and
then this is the the main piece that
does all the work this has the
ultraviolet technology ultra cleanse
technology as the humidifier and also
the turbine that pumps out the air this
is what the plug plugs into the back
very simple now the tank is turned
upside down
there’s a red cap at the bottom on your
leg one unscrew and then take a looksie
sink now if you live in a soft water
area like we do then you can just stop
it up straight from the tap if you don’t
then you’ll need your the hard water
area
then you will need to use filtered water
or bottled water
well first not to so we don’t need to
duck we just pull it from the top
there’s no max fill mark so we assume
you can just fill it right up to the top
we hope we’ve done that so far and
there’s been no problem so it pretty
much right to the top
now we are red cap back on simples and
then send it back upside down now it’s
got this is handled just clicks off this
red handle very simple and then just pop
it onto the base now it won’t go any
other way in the correct ways you have
to worry about putting the wrong way I
only got one word drops down on little
clips no nothing like that that’s on now
and then just get the air multiplier
again same as the tank you can’t put it
in the wrong way you can’t go wrong only
slots in one way when you get legs press
down and click shut that so that’s
pretty simple now from there it’s
basically ready to go you just press the
on button after you turn it on the wall
you just press the on bottom and it will
actually take between 2 and 3 minutes
for the water treatment cycle tour
that’s the ultra fun cycle so whilst
doing that I’m just going to I’m just
going to talk about why we got this now
basically we only really originally
wanted a fan for the for the summer
wanting us hardly find it hard to sleep
at night ones really we really like
something’s really cool really neat and
it creates a very nice even distribution
there and it’s pretty quiet
second thing is I suffer from really dry
skin so get dry lips and dry hands to
the point that I get eczema in the
winter
basically when work when the ambient air
is really dry
I’ve had few minute I as in the past and
they’ve not been too good
they just kick out a set amount of
humidity and they kind of just trickle
out the vapor and it doesn’t really
distribute it very well across the roof
but let’s combine the two technologies
we found that the vapor it creates the
humidity that breaks in the room ruining
projects across the room and that’s been
really good because we have quite a
large room here it’s an open-plan
kitchen live and Diana
again having in the kitchen and honestly
it’s made a massive difference we can
tell straight away whether the
humidifiers being hot or not
straightway we you know even if you
couldn’t see it you know just by the
call to the air and we were really
surprised about that we didn’t think
we’d be able to notice the difference as
such and it’s been really good for I
mean and I’ve noticed over probably a
month of having this that I’m no longer
using my lip balm all the time I’m no
longer using a hand cream all the time
it’s like it’s giving my skin and body a
rest from that sort of dry winter air so
we’re really pleased with it in that one
is it you know in terms of the air
quality in this room what we would like
to do in the in the future is take this
up to our bedroom and see maybe how it
affects our sleep at night sometimes not
not every night but sometimes a wake up
I’ve got like dry mouth dry eyes and
they just need a little bit water they
can fold a bit a little bit drama and
then go back to sleep and I’m thinking
that maybe if we had this in our bedroom
in the winter that it would stop you
from where you can go because I’ve ever
dry throat stuff so I would like to try
that over the next month or so
so far it’s been really good down here
okay so now I’m just going to go over
some of the maintenance which to be
honest has been totally minimum for us
I’ve looked through the manual and seen
what they recommend doing on a weekly
and monthly basis and a lot of it’s just
stuff we can do anyway for example they
recommend just wiping around here around
the air humidity vents coming back but
we we do that anyway
just you know when we’re cleaning up
around the house if you can see any any
does stable just give that if you’re a
boy you know it’s a one second job so
that’s really simply they were thing
press the button just look at that job
another thing is is to rinse out the
tank but what we find is that you know
the tank
three years or three four days is empty
in well when we put my water and we just
tend to get a bit of a swirl round pour
out important aggression so we’re doing
that probably more than a weekly basis
anyway the only last thing we recommend
to do on a monthly basis is to use some
citric acid entirely sure that is but
pour that in here and soak it in here
and it will clean out any sort of white
grime and powder which and we’ve had
this over a month we haven’t found any
you can see it’s perfectly clear over a
month of use and we you know we’ve got
we’ve got none of that stuff in that
perfectly clean but we’ll be doing it
anyway we’ll be following Dyson’s
guidelines and doing that another thing
is this a is to remove this now if you
have a look at this there is a toggle
here lock symbol on twist that and then
this should slide out and then this here
again you might once you are soaking
like a citric acid solution but tours
looked perfectly fine we’ll probably
just give that a rinse for now but even
so it looks absolutely no sign of any
any buildup of dirt or grime on there so
there’s going to put that back from now
just slides back in down the lock there
we go
simple so going into this point with you
very very easy very simple a lot easier
than a last humidifiers our last
humidifiers had a lot of that white
slime sort of like power your build up
as I feelingly toothbrush and bicarb
solution and stuff I was doing that all
the time I’m gonna have to do this at
all is I’m not shortened to the ultra
cleanse I call or just said it’s a bad
piece of kit I don’t know what it’s been
a lot less maintenance so that’s that
basically I’ll just wrap things up with
a sort of a overall in a recap of it
basically we really really like
look a bit it’s a lot more attractive
than any other humidifier or fan that
we’ve seen so quite happy with this
being in our open planning area living
dining kitchen now you’re really happy
within that really happy with the fan
projects the area and well really happy
with the humidity
kicks it out really well really happy
with a tank size that lasts a while
right big with the ease of use it’s very
intuitive remote controls very good only
downsides are nitpicking at this one
fans a bit noisy pass level 5 between 5
and 10 but we find level 5 is hang-up
anyway main downside is probably the
price tag 500 pounds retails out at the
moment bit too much we’re happy paying
up for this but we would really like a
separate one upstairs and we just can’t
justify that cost for that so far happy
spending that money to have it here but
for a second one it’s just too much so
in the future we would like to see that
price up from down but for now it’s
great and we do not regret getting this
one bit and we’d certainly recommend it
to anyone who feels that they need a
family
humidifier in the home so I hope this
reviews helped you and for me that
survive for now thank you

Dyson Humidifier Guide

Size of room for Dyson humidifier

When you are considering purchasing the size of the room for Dyson humidifiers, you need to consider how much moisture you want in your rooms. You will also have to think about the size of the room and where the humidifiers are going to be placed in the room. This is very important because different types of hygrometers are available to use with Dyson products. The size of the room for Dyson humidifiers is going to vary on the size of the area that is going to be serviced with one of these machines. If you are looking to humidify a large area, you may want to consider getting one of these machines.

A good thing about Dyson humidifiers is that many of them can be very portable. This means that you are not stuck in one location when you are working in a room with a lot of moisture. Many people like to place these machines in a bathroom next to a sink to be able to dehumidify the bathroom while taking a shower. There are also models available that can be moved around to other rooms in a home.

There are a few things that you should keep in mind regarding the size of the room if you are thinking about purchasing the Dyson humidifier. First, you will want to think about the size of the room and then think about where you are going to place the machine in that room. Make sure that the humidifier can be portable to be able to go to another room in the house when needed.

Dyson humidifier for the entire house

If you have a home with people who are prone to allergies, you should consider purchasing a Dyson humidifier for the entire house. These are some of the most powerful humidifiers available and many people find they can use them daily to help improve their respiratory health. For example, you will be able to eliminate a large percentage of the bacteria that is present in the air in your home, which can lead to all sorts of health problems for those people around you. Not only will they be able to enjoy clean fresh air in their homes, but they will also be able to enjoy it much more than if they did not have one of these powerful humidifiers in there. Dyson humidifiers are known for being very powerful and effective in getting rid of dust and bacteria from the air in any room in the home.

You will be able to get a Dyson humidifier for the entire house relatively inexpensively, which is good because you will want to make sure that you are purchasing one that is effective and will work well for the needs that you have. After all, you will need to pay attention to whether or not one of these units is going to be an air purifier or not. While some of them can eliminate dust from the air, some of them simply are not strong enough to do so. To ensure that you purchase one that can keep the air in your home free from bacteria, you should purchase one that has HEPA filters. This will help to remove any of the allergens that could be circulating in the air in your home and keep you healthy as you sleep at night.

Dyson humidifiers are very effective at removing bacteria and dust mites from the air in your home and helping to keep your family healthy overall. These are just a few of the benefits of owning such a unit.

The design is appealing, but it does not live up to expectations. When you manually start the unit, you can hear the horrible water dripping noise. Dyson claims it is due to settings and would vanish over time in their website reviews. It has been three days and has not vanished. They did not specify a period. There is also no mention of this in the manual. But the issue is that you can’t sleep with this humidifier on. And when you pay such a high price for a humidifier, you are very dissatisfied. This humidifier is not anything I would suggest.

    Update:
I’ve been using it for a while. After a couple of uses, there is no longer any water dripping noise, according to Dyson. Thank you for a fantastic product.

  2. BR

Because of the price, I’ve never been a fan of Dyson. That changed last year when I bought one of their heat/cool fans. This year, I wanted to give their humidifier a try. If you’ve ever taken liquid cold/flu medication before bed, you know what it’s like to wake up with a dry mouth and a sensation of dehydration after a few hours. I took the medication again last night, but this time I turned on the Dyson. What a transformation! I slept all night and didn’t wake up with a dry mouth or a sense of dehydration.

I was pessimistic about spending $400 on the Dyson because I had previously owned fairly expensive ultra mist humidifiers that did little. I’m happy I went ahead with the purchase. Another thing to remember is that I used Dyson’s live chat for a tech support question, and the problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. We’ll see how it holds up over time, but for now, I’m really impressed!

  3. Dr. John M.

This, like most Dyson products, is well-made and elegant, but it is pricey. It is very quiet and produces no detectable mist or condensate. The remote control is a good touch, but unlike with a fan, you don’t need to use it for many changes. It has limited capabilities as a humidifier. We use it in a big room next to a piano, which needs a relative humidity of 50% in the winter. This machine couldn’t do it on its own. When the RH of the winter air outside was, say, 20%, it might get up to 40% at most. We eventually added a humidifier to the furnace. They were able to raise the RH to about 50% by working together, despite the fact that neither could do so alone. When used constantly, the tank is small and must be refilled with water on a regular basis. Filling the device is simple but awkward, as you must remove the oval, raise out the tank, invert it, and keep it upside down. The tank’s top is curved and cannot be simply put down. It also needs to be cleaned on a regular basis with a slightly acidic cleaning solution.
