USB Desktop Humidifier

hi folks this is a unscripted review on
the VH 420 ml USB desktop humidifier
it’s an ultrasonic humidifier it’s a
mini one just for your desktop the as
you can see in the title of the banggood
ad it says that it is an air purifier
which it is not an air purifier it does
not move air it does not filter air if
what they mean is the vapor is supposed
to somehow clean the air well maybe that
might be the case but it doesn’t purify
the air it might clean it a little bit
but anyway once again the Chinese mist
titled but that’s ok because it’s
actually a pretty good ultrasonic
vaporizer or humidifier let’s show it to
you
it’s a 420 milliliter ultrasonic it’s
got a couple of neat little things first
of all it’s got a regular USB connector
that connects I’ll show you that it’s
got a really interesting weird switch it
reminds me of switches from like the 70s
I’m certain like Panasonic TVs you just
touch it
and when you touch up for two seconds it
shuts it off when you touch it for
another 2 seconds it turns it on if you
touch it momentarily it goes into this
supposed to go into this mode where it
shuts off there it is and then turns
back on like the cycles on and off and
that cycling on and off is where I
believe they get the numbers of it gives
you a 10 hour run time with this 420
milliliter reservoir I don’t know if I
buy that it’s probably more like an 8
hour if anything I just I got this today
and I filled it right up to the mark
right up to the fill mark and I put it
on I was gone for about 5 hours and I
had it on continuous and it was pretty
low
and I’ll show you what I mean it has an
automatic shutoff let me go back to
continuous mode just by touching it it
says you can actually take it apart
while it’s long and it’ll still keep on
working but it shuts off so this this
little thing right here is the shut-off
you can see it does not go all the way
to the bottom this other part here is
where this extra this is an extra filter
not a filtering wick rather it’s a
fiberglass wick and it fits in this
little piece here and it’s a half twist
to get it out as you can also see
there’s a gasket in there but it is a
plastic plastic gasket not a silicone
gasket see I guess that that’s pretty
cool the light was flashing anyway it’s
really hard to unscrew and screw back on
I’m finally getting used to how to get
it off it was really difficult at the
beginning anyway this is a my old 400
milliliter crystal the whole electronic
part in the top is gone this is the old
wick from that and as you can see it’s
like that it’s more like a cigarette
filter like a fiberglass filter than it
is a cotton swab which is what they call
it this is a four hundred milliliter
base that it has some of the parts from
my old one but anyway this is really
unique it’s really well made it’s a
little noisy you can hear it if you can
hear that this is the USB plug and I
made it red on one side so I can see
it’s very hard to see which way is up so
I did that oh yeah if you want to clean
these my advice is to take a white
vinegar on a cotton swab and very
lightly very low without pushing down on
the sonic pad ultrasonic pad in there
because the minute you bend it is over
and you want to leave like drops of
white vinegar on there and let it
dissolve any kind of scale that you have
and of course mine’s brand new so I
don’t have that problem but that’s what
you want to put the the the white
vinegar and that’ll work for the first
several times that you do it it’ll
dissolve the scale but after that it’ll
stop getting it all and you might need
to scrape it and if you’re gonna scrape
it use like a sharp pointy you know
anything like a pocketknife or whatever
will fit in there and scrape it very
lightly to get it off and then you know
use a vacuum cleaner or whatever you
have to to get that deposits out of
there on the underside it doesn’t really
build up scale as much but you could hit
it with the white vinegar you do not
want to run white vinegar in here like
you would like through a coffee machine
or something I believe that can really
mess it up any kind of if you use any
kind of essential oil that can mess it
up too you do not want to run essential
oil even says do not run essential oils
through it anyway that’s pretty much it
it’s a great little ultrasonic
humidifier and I’ll say this it puts out
more vapor than any other one that I’ve
had so far I’m gonna plug it back in and
I’ll just give you a dose one hand and
it’s weird when you plug it in this will
come on but that won’t be on and then
you hit that know if you can see how
much vapor that is but that’s at least
twice as much as what this one put out
this was like a 1499 one $14.99 on
either gearbest or banggood look at that
actually puts out some decent vapor and
it’s already humid in here it’s it’s
doing its job it’s actually better than
the other humidifiers I have that I’m
real ones big ones that hold gallons of
water so I think it’s great anyway
I hope this has helped and thanks for

USB humidifier Guide
There are some basic things to look for when you are purchasing your mini USB humidifiers. First, you want to make sure that there is some sort of warranty on the unit so that you can get a replacement if anything should happen to it within the first year or two. The price of the humidifier should be relative to the features that it offers, especially concerning how many different settings and water bottles it has. Also, make sure that there are safety measures in place in case any sort of water falls on the floor or hits your arm, or something else. Most of these units come with some sort of a safety switch that will automatically shut off the motor when something is in the way or if something is in the way of the moving fan. When you buy a mini humidifier make sure that you take your time and think about what your options are when it comes to size, design, and features. You don’t want to rush into anything and make a huge mistake that ends up costing you money and causing you a ton of hassle. You can purchase a smaller humidifier for your bedroom that has just a few different settings, and you can purchase a bigger unit for your bathroom that has multiple settings for all of your rooms. You should always make sure that you read the instructions and user reviews for your particular model so that you know how to care for it correctly. There are many different brands and models out there and you want to take your time and get the right one for you!
As an aroma diffuser with some drops of essential oil attached, it creates a cool mist with a beautiful fragrance to mask the smell of cigarette smoke, pets, etc. A portable USB humidifier is capable of vaporizing water and giving instant relief to sore throat, cough, cold, congested lips, chapped lips, dry skin, and headaches, by just adding humidity to the dry air surrounding you. In this way, it warms your body internally without an external power supply from the wall socket. Apart from that, these types of humidifiers are a good option to take care of several respiratory problems such as colds, sinusitis, sore throat, bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory illnesses. Moreover, portable USB humidifiers are not only very easy to operate but also have multiple functionalities to offer you comfort and convenience. To get more information about the cool mist humidifier and its many functionalities, the internet is the best source. Here you will find all sorts of information related to portable cool mist humidifiers including their benefits, how to buy them, how to operate them, what are accessories needed for proper functioning, and other valuable information related to this cool piece of equipment. So, now you know where to buy them conveniently. The most excellent thing about them is that you can carry them with you wherever you go as well.
What’s great about these unique little devices is that you can use them to hydrate any type of surface, whether it’s your face hands, or feet. With a traditional humidifier, you have to add water from a spray bottle to the reservoir, then set the ultrasonic buzzer to emit a steady stream of ultrasonic vibrations, thus hydrating your surface. With the new micro humidifier, you simply place the moistened water inside and turn the unit on. The special frequencies excite the water molecules causing them to vibrate, thus creating an invisible water barrier over your surface and allowing evaporation to occur without moisture. Since a regular ultrasonic humidifier is only good for a few hours at a time, most people will not notice a significant difference between the micro and the traditional models. The only real difference will be if you are trying to clean up a spill. In this situation, it is recommended that you use a soft cloth and a small brush. Although these units don’t require much maintenance, it is always a good idea to replace or recharge your ultrasonic humidifier for maximum efficiency and to prolong its life. There are numerous websites that have reviews of the top models, so before buying, make sure you read these before making your purchase.

I adore this tiny creature! I recently learned that oil diffusers should not be left running at the bedside overnight, but I wanted to keep my air moist while sleeping, so I grabbed this. It works well, the filter refills are inexpensive, and it’s adorable! Be aware that the USB cord must be plugged in for the device to function, and it is not very long. The red light remains on during use, but it is very dim and does not bother me at all, despite the fact that I prefer darkness for sleeping. It’s quiet and produces a decent amount of vapor without being overpowering or drenching. The instructions for setup and use could have been clearer, but this is not a difficult machine to use. I haven’t tried it yet, but it appears to be simple to clean with no tight crevices.
I bought this for my office desk, and everyone who passed by was curious about what it was. It produces a lot of vapor and is almost completely silent. If you use this for a 9-10 hour work day, I would say you only need to fill it once in the morning and it will last the entire day. There is also an intermittent vapor mode if you need it to run for a longer period of time before requiring a refill. It is only 6″ tall and has a 3.5″ circumference at the base, making it very portable and taking up little space. In a bright office, the LED mode is barely visible, but that’s fine. If placed next to a child’s nightstand, it would make a really cute humidifier and night light combo. It’s also very convenient to have a USB-powered model because I can plug it directly into my computer, monitor, or docking station. If you need to plug it into a wall, you’ll need a wall outlet to USB converter, which isn’t included.
We bought this humidifier for our home and are very pleased with it. We’re currently using it in our room, but we’re thinking about getting one for our living room as well. The essential oil outlet is my favorite feature. You can put a few drops of essential oil on the bottom (not in the water) and it will come out the top. So far, it has made the room smell wonderful! Even after hours of wearing it, it retains its pleasant odor. I also like that it comes in black or white to match your decor. We got it in white so it would match the rest of our furniture, which I also like. We wholeheartedly recommend this humidifier!
