El Centro de Corazon
Founded in 1994, El Centro de Corazón has served the Houston East End community with comprehensive medical care. The clinic has four locations in the area. Services include pediatric care, family planning, dental care, behavioral health services, and women’s health. Case management and eligibility assistance are also provided.
