Heartland Health Center
The HEARTLAND HEALTH CENTER is located within the hospital. In addition to traditional in-person visits, it offers telehealth services, allowing patients to have appointments outside of business hours. In addition, it has free onsite parking and has a staff that is dedicated to providing a high-quality, patient-centered healthcare experience. All patients are required to follow COVID-19 safety protocols and follow instructions from the medical staff.
The COVID-19 vaccination site is located at the Heartland Health Center Chicago. The clinic will be open for nine hours a day from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and administer the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to children. The new partnership between the Health Centers and Northeastern Illinois University will allow the center to administer up to 1,500 COVID-19 vaccinations per week.

The Heartland Health Centers and Northeastern Illinois University have partnered to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to the community. The partnership will allow the clinic to administer up to 1,500 doses of the vaccine each week. This will help reduce the number of unnecessary vaccinations in the area.
The HHC is also offering virtual prenatal education classes to help parents understand their changing bodies. The classes cover nutrition during pregnancy, childbirth, and other critical information about pregnancy. This course is open to anyone in their first or second trimester. By attending this class, expecting mothers will be able to make informed decisions about the development of their baby. They can also obtain their CHQR badges if their center has made significant contributions to improving public health.
