Innovative Care

The goal of Innovative Care Chicago is to create a single location for primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health. This is the only place where patients can receive all types of healthcare services under one roof. Its mission is to better serve its patients by combining the services of various specialties. In this way, patients are treated more effectively and efficiently. This model can be applied to any city, not just Chicago. Read on to learn more about this new model of health care.

The company was founded by Dr. Rahul Khare, an emergency physician with 10 years of experience. He is also an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University. He received his Master’s in Clinical Investigation from Northwestern University and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Michigan. He later moved on to become an attending physician in the Cleveland Clinic and was appointed Assistant Vice Chair of the department of emergency medicine at Fairview Hospital. He was the recipient of $700,000 in federal grants to establish Innovative Care Chicago.

The multidisciplinary team at Innovative Care Chicago will review and evaluate current health care systems, identify practice patterns and analyze best practices. The team will also demonstrate exceptional customer service. They will interact effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and the broader health care community. Once the teams have created a new model of health care, they will begin implementing it at a medical center in the Midwest. It will take several years to build a new practice, but it will be worth the effort.
