Nayoya Back Hook Massager Demo Video
Hey everybody, it’s Doctor Jo. Today I am going to do a product review on the Nayoya
Back Hook Massager. I have to say, right away, I really like this thing. I like the balls
here because they take the place of your hand to be able to get to good trigger points.
My biggest trigger point is where my lavator scap comes in. A lot of times I can kind of
push it with my fingers or get someone else to push for me, but this allows you to put
it right on the spot and use your whole upper body to push down on that spot. Right there
I can tell it’s getting that trigger point exactly, and I’m not wearing out my fingers
in the process. You can also, which I think is pretty neat, is you can move your head
a little bit to help relax the muscle even more. The great thing about this particular
hook massager is that there is different balls throughout the curve, so it’s made for your
back, and you can get spots everywhere on the back, but you can also massage the outer
part of your arm, you can bring these down and do the quads. You can take the hooks here,
and then get your IT band. So it’s just a really nice way to be able to put pressure
on those tendons and muscles that you need. You an do your foot without wearing out your
fingers. If you ever noticed, if you see a therapist that is 5-10 years out, they might
have arthritis in their fingers because they are pushing so hard trying to work out those
tissue spots with their fingers. And they are just wearing out their fingers. So this
is a really great piece of equipment to help protect your body. And it feels really really
good! Now once again this is my trigger point. It really gets it. You might have several
along the sides of your spine, down in here. Again, the IT band. Lots of times people have
really tight IT bands. So that works nicely. You can put the two around it and get the
outside and inside. And then for maybe some plantar fasciitis down on the bottom of the
foot. You can even put it on the ground, and then just kind of roll your foot up and down
over it. So I would say all and all, this is a great product. I really like it, and
I will probably use it very often at home. So it will be in our product store if you
want to check it out on askdoctorjo.com and if you have any questions, leave them in the
comments section. If you would like to check out some more videos, go to askdoctorjo.com
And remember be safe, have fun, and I hope you feel better soon!

Massage Hook Review
Many people are not familiar with the concept of the massage hook, but this is a great way to add extra stimulation to your back. When you want to get a massage for your back and have to decide between the conventional methods or the more intimate ones, this is definitely the way to go.
The great thing about this type of massage is that it is extremely effective, but it also is very safe. It is very safe to use because there are no needles or sharp objects involved. They simply use your back as an extended massage pillow.
In most cases, the massage is performed in the same way as the standard massage technique, which is by kneading the muscles in a circular motion. They are then used to massage the back as a whole and to also stimulate the nerves that are located there.
The great thing about this type of massage is that it is usually very relaxing, and it is also a very effective treatment. Many people find that a massage of this nature is very invigorating and helps them relax. This is a great thing because many people do not enjoy being forced to sit down in a reclining position for a long period of time.
The great thing about the massage is that it is not something that you have to have done once every couple of weeks. It is not going to be something that you have to do on a daily basis and expect to be able to take a break from time to time. However, if you are a person who spends a lot of time sitting down, then this is something that is definitely something that you will want to consider.
Using of a massage hook is a great way to get a nice relaxing massage, and it is also very effective. You will not have to worry about the needles or any other type of harmful object being used when you are getting this type of massage, and that is a great thing because many people do not like needles.
If you are interested in getting regular massages, then you should definitely consider having a massage hook. They are a great way to relax after a long stressful day at work or at home. They can also be a great way to give your back a massage, and you will want to consider this option if you are having a sore back.
Massage Hook FAQ
How to use back massage hook?
If you are trying to lose weight, using the use of the hook and claw back massage technique is a great way to go. It allows you to use the muscles in your back without having to actually go through the whole process of a full body workout. You can get a great deal of the same results by using the same basic technique. The only difference is that instead of doing repetitions of the same exercises on the floor or on a set machine, you will be doing them in a chair. You simply use the muscle in your back, called the Quadriceps, to grab onto the end of the barbell with your claws and pull it back to your chest. By doing this continuously, you will be able to work out your body’s major muscle groups, which will lead to an effective workout.
Another way that the use of the back massage technique is great is if you are dealing with injuries. One of the most common types of injuries deals with tendons. If you pull a muscle in your back, or if there is an injury to one of the larger muscle groups in your body, then you can pull a tendon or even a muscle from its socket. This can be very painful and often will need surgery in order for the injury to heal properly. With the use of a simple overhead press, you can use your back muscle as resistance, helping to shorten the recovery time for any injuries to your back.
The last way that the use of the hook and claw back massage technique is effective is if you need to deal with chronic pain. Even if you are doing a simple overhead press, you will be able to use your back muscles to help support the weight of your body while you perform the exercise. This will not only help with any aches that you might have, but will also help to protect your joints. You can even use your back muscles to help to stabilize yourself when you are performing pushups, bench presses, or other exercises that require your hands to be on a constant motion.
Massage hook for yoga
For many years, the massage hook for yoga was a part of a class that a massage practitioner would take. This meant the student had to lay down on the table and the teacher would move her hands along the back of the body until she felt resistance. With this resistance, the student would then move her hands to a point where the back of the body was entirely stiff, and then the massage practitioner would pull the person’s back towards the spine. Then the person’s head would be lifted up off the floor and the hands and arms would be stretched out in front of the person. From there, the massage practitioner would move them to the side and flatten the ribcage. The process was repeated again until the student’s entire body was stiff and rigid.
But now there is a variation on the massage hook for yoga that is used when people are experiencing problems with their back. Instead of holding the person’s body up on the table, the hook for yoga has been adapted so that when you press your hands along the back of the body, you are bringing the hips and shoulders into play. The whole idea is to gently press down on the body and draw it back to the center of gravity, or the plane of the spine. It also helps to restore the alignment to the back. This can result in a better range of motion as well as improved posture.
If you have been experiencing some pain or discomfort in your back, you might want to give this type of massage a try. Of course, it should be done only by an experienced and qualified massage practitioner. But if you are experiencing chronic muscle pain or other ailments, you may want to try this type of massage. Not every massage therapist is familiar with the hook for yoga, but you may find that someone else will teach you how to perform it properly. And you will end up with a massage that will relax your entire body.
Massage hook for back pain
People are beginning to realize the benefits of a massage therapy that includes a massage hook for back pain relief. This particular relief technique is one of several that massage therapists have been using for some time and it offers a way to help relieve some of the most common pain problems associated with massage therapy. Many times when you visit a massage therapist they will suggest something for your back pain such as a roll-on or touch therapy. In addition to working to relieve muscle soreness, the massage hook for back pain relief can help to strengthen your muscles in addition to helping you to feel more relaxed.
The technique is easy enough for most massage therapists to learn and it can also be done at home if you do not feel confident about doing a professional massage for someone else. A massage therapist will have a simple setup where they attach their thumbs or fingers inside of the handle on the pump. They then slowly massage your muscles from top to bottom in order to help loosen up tight muscles and give the entire body a break from the stretching that occurs during a massage session. If you are suffering from chronic back pain, this is a great way to relieve some of the pain without having to spend the money on professional massage sessions. There is no reason that you have to suffer with the pain, and it is possible to eliminate it entirely with this simple technique.
If you are looking for a new method for relieving sore muscles, joints and tension, it might be a good idea to look into using this technique. You may be surprised at how much it can help you feel better about your day and even improve your mood while you are out on your feet. Many people enjoy getting a massage, but they don’t enjoy having to pay for one. A cheaper alternative to hiring a massage therapist is to simply purchase the entire kit and perform the massage on your own.
