Nest Bedding Cooling Mattress Protector

hi it’s Katie for match’s clarity today
I’m reviewing the cooling mattress
protector from nest bedding so I want to
go start off this review by doing an
overview of the product letting you know
all the features so it is a fitted sheet
style mattress protector which means it
goes on your bed like a fitted sheet can
fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick
which is pretty thick it’s got the
surface area I’m going to show you up
close
so those interesting fabric is part
polyester part nylon and the laminate
that keeps sea surface water proof under
similar proof um is a thermoplastic
polyurethane in case you’re wondering um
so the sides in the elastic or just
polyester so again just the surface area
it’s going to be waterproof this is just
the fun aside stretchy
karolides are going to do a using
machine wash and dry careful with the
heat should be a warm to low wash and
then a low to no heat on the dryer if
you set your settings to high then it
can disrupt the waterproof membranes and
cause leaks so be careful about that
it’s also hypoallergenic and dust mite
resistant which is great and it is a
cooling mattress protector and I talked
to folks that nest bedding asked a
little bit more about what that means
but basically there is phase change
materials woven into the top of this
mattress protector and what that does is
essentially absorb body heat and pull it
away from your body to keep you cool at
night and that helps you stabilize your
temperature by re releasing it during
the night if your temperature drops too
much so the idea is to keep you 1 stable
comfortable temperature all night
so that you sleep well so I want to go
over the probe of the mattress protector
because there were actually quite a few
for me and some of the big ones include
the fit this will fit mattresses up to
18 inches thick which is actually a
pretty big mattress mine’s only 10
inches and still fit great there wasn’t
a lot of extra loose material on the
sides the elastic really hugged the
mattress protector to my bed so I didn’t
feel like a lot of move
a lot of noise I also wasn’t able to
feel this sort of pattern raised pattern
underneath my sheets I just had 100%
cotton sheets but if you did something
lighter weight like maybe a bamboo sheet
or something you might be able to feel
this a little bit I wasn’t with my
cotton sheets which is great again not a
lot of noise
I poured to announce as the water on it
for my waterproof test and it came back
fine let it soak for a couple hours it
had sort of this blue color that let me
know where the water had been so I think
that’s close you have accidents it’ll
serve but you know where that where that
water is or that liquid is but no issues
with dampness or anything like that
and most of all I was sleeping pretty
hot I was waking up at night I was
trying to figure out what was going on
put this mattress protector on slept
through the night great was a little bit
skeptical and tried to make sure that
this is exactly what was causing me to
be able to sleep cool and so I took it
off and slept again and I woke up hot so
I really do think this was a game
changer and really helped me sleep cool
which is something that I haven’t had
completely good experience with with
other mattress protectors that make that
promise but this one definitely lived up
to the expectation that’s what the
confident mattress protector they’re
actually aren’t too many for me when I
opened up the packaging it did have a
pretty strong chemical like smell I
asked the folks Agnes bedding what that
might be and they said they thought it
had to do with the packaging and
shipment but then it should dissipate
and sure enough in a few hours it was no
big deal after Washington dried it I
didn’t have that smell anymore and they
said that everything’s made with
non-toxic material so wouldn’t need to
worry too much once you open the
packaging and then the other thing is
that this is a fitted style sheet style
mattress protector which means that
really just the surface of your mattress
is going to be protected from the dust
mites from the water and hypoallergenic
so if you’re looking for something
that’s going to cover all six sides
you’re going to need an encasement
mattress protector so price and final
recommendation this mattress protector
doesn’t exactly come cheap but so the
queen is $129 again not the most
expensive mattress protector in the
world not the cheapest based on my
experience and the coolness and the
comfortable feeling I had when I was
sleeping I do I would recommend this for
sleepers I think that the stage change
material I mentioned in the overview
really helped absorb that body heat
helped heat me cool at night and could
really be beneficial for others I I
would be inclined to spend the money on
something like that knowing it would be
able to keep me well rested and again I
love to sit I thought that it was great
on my 10 inch thick mattress that held
tight no issues with movement or feel
underneath a lot more information and
more photos that mattress clarity calm
so make sure to check out my full review
let us know give any questions or
comments thanks so much

Cooling Mattress Protector Review
A breathable cooling mattress protector is a bed cover that allows you to get a cool night’s sleep on a hot day. Cooling mattress encasements enclose the entire mattress to give 360° protection for the mattress to keep your bed nice and cool. Cooling mattress covers are very easy to clean just remove the protective protector or cover from your mattress, wash in hot water, and then tumble dry at low heat.
As we all know that when we go to bed at night, the temperature of our bedroom is lower than it is when we wake up. That’s because when we sleep at night, the temperature goes down. After all, we are resting. However, when we wake up the temperature goes back up as we start to feel the heat from the appliances like the air conditioner and the heater.
Most people have a hard time keeping their bed at a comfortable temperature just because of the heat. Using a cooling waterproof mattress protector helps alleviate some of this pressure by reducing the heat entering your body through the cover. This makes your bed more comfortable because it prevents the body heat from escaping causing the temperature to rise to make your sleeping experience a bit uncomfortable.
Most people don’t want to get up in the middle of the night and change their covers just to save a few bucks. So they go with a cheap plastic type that can be washed and reused. This can get really bad really fast if you leave it in your bed for years. When this plastic that is in your mattress starts to degrade, it will allow heat to get into your body throughout the night. What’s even worse is if you don’t have any ventilation in your room the heat that comes through the plastic can soak through the sheet into your body which can make you very sick from the inside. That is why it is important to use a cooling mattress pad.
When you are looking at the cooling mattress protector reviews I found that they all agree that the best ones are made from breathable material. I have to sleep on several different types of covers and the ones that allow my body to breathe are the best. There is one brand, however, that is known for not letting air flow through them. That brand is referred to as Thera-Cane and they have a problem with the sheets. The sheets tend to get so hot when you put them on that you can’t get to sleep. You end up tossing and turning all night long because your body is heating the sheets instead of your body.
One of the most important features to look for in a mattress protector is whether or not it is waterproof. Waterproof protectors prevent bacteria and mildew from forming in the protection. They also keep out moisture and even help keep your sheets dry. The best ones are made from a thick waterproof material and will have several different layers to keep everything stay dry. The thickness of the material should be at least three times thicker than your standard bed sheet. If it is not then you may want to look for another brand.
Pros of a cooling mattress protector:
- Moisture wicking for added cooling and comfort.
- Protects the mattress from accidental liquid spills, bed bugs, and dust mites.
- Waterproof covers that keep the mattress safe from liquids and allergens.
- Comes in different standard sizes and can be eco-friendlier.
Cooling Mattress Protector Guide
Another benefit that you get with the full XL pad for a memory foam mattress is that it helps to keep the heat away from your body. Your body needs to be heated up to regulate your body temperature, but this won’t happen when the heat is literally surrounding you and drawing in. With the bed, your heating can run completely off of the heat generated by the mattress. This will also help to eliminate any kind of recurring infections that people can get from having the same yeast infection all over their bodies. Just by using a mattress pad that has heat built-in, you are ensuring that your body stays completely healthy and you don’t have to worry about getting a yeast infection. The full-size memory foam mattress pads are made to fit an entire mattress. Most of them are an inch thick, so if you are using an old full-size mattress that you no longer want you can cut it out and replace it with the new one. Once you have it on you will see how great it makes your bed and how much better your sleep is. If you suffer from chronic back pain, you need to check out the full-sized mattress pads for memory foam mattress and get rid of your pain.
A good full-XL cooling pad for memory foam mattresses is a must-have. Memory foam beds have the unique ability to mold themselves to your body contour and this is why people have a much more comfortable sleep because they are sleeping in their custom-shaped beds. When your body is not aligned correctly in the bed, this can lead to pressure sores and back pains. The full-size memory foam mattress pads help prevent all of these problems because they make your body completely comfortable by supporting your joints and the way you are positioned in the bed.

I only got it yesterday, so I can’t say how long it will last, but it’s the best-feeling mattress protector I’ve ever had (and I’ve bought a lot). I washed and dried it first (no fabric softener, LOW heat), and it fits perfectly on a 16″ mattress. It appears to be waterproof and appears to be of high quality, though this has not been tested.
I’ve tried at least six protectors that claim to be quiet, and I’ve returned them all because they weren’t. After 3 weeks and 6 returns, I have to say that I am EXTREMELY impressed with this protector! It’s on my Sealy Hybrid Premium Silver Chill Plush mattress, and I can still feel the mattress chill. It is silent and does not move around on the mattress or sheets. It’s soft and doesn’t change the feel of my mattress. Thank you very much for the high-quality protector! I’m going to order another one.
It’s extremely soft and cozy! There is no noise or crackle associated with it! It fits perfectly on my queen bed and does not slide around. It appears to be an excellent protector, but I purchased it specifically because it said it was “cooling,” but when the package arrived, it didn’t say anything about it being a cooling protector at all. And the top fabric wasn’t as cool to the touch as the one on my bed (this is on the guest bed). I just assumed I’d read the Amazon posting incorrectly, so I initially left a glowing review, but now that I see the Amazon title specifies “cooling…”, I’m reconsidering. I’m not sure that’s entirely correct.
