number and you can go right down you’re
gonna go right down your weight and your
body fat percentage those are the two
metrics that we use this to track
now head on over to the fit clients

it should be right up there you just
start typing in your name and it should
pop up select your name and hit next and
then this is where you punch in your
number same place you’ll put in all of
your measurements as well if you happen
to do those at the same time and after

it will be uploaded to the cloud so
you’ll be able to access it from your
phone or wherever and you can also do
input these numbers on your phone this
