ChoiceMMed Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Demo Video

Transcript

this is a short video to show you this
choice Med pulse and oxy meter which you
put on your fingertip to measure those
things it’s a really nice little object
and I just thought I’d show you a little
bit more about how it works it comes
nicely packaged in this adequate and
cardboard box an excellent manual and
very good English tells you all you need
to know it very thorough which is good
to know you also get this very nice
little pouch into which the meter fits
fairly obviously like that Velcro sealed
good and tough belt loop and also a loop
for a lanyard which they provide if you
want that so if you’re carrying this
about it’s very well accessorized and
then this is how the meter arrives now
you can see it’s coated in blue and in
fact this is a removable plastic or
rubberized really cover which I think is
a great idea particularly if you’re kind
of cutting it about it’ll protect it
it’s very easy to clean and if you’re
using this with a lot of different
people certainly it’s a really nice
thing to have this just as an extra I’ll
show it you in use without that cover
this is the meter it’s extremely simple
and has a very very nice air of quality
about it it’s fairly light it takes two
triple A batteries in a compartment
there to power it this is how you work
it it just goes on your finger you press
on and it takes a short while just to
sort itself out get the feel of things
and you can see there we’ve got a little
trace of my pulse these are my oxygen
saturations 98 you can see my pulse is a
bit over a hundred which I’m at a slight
loss to explain I’ve just gone up the
stairs maybe that’s it
but anyway that’s it very clear display
and you can
note that down you can alter the display
in all sorts of ways so if you just dab
that there we go instead of the trace
you get this pulse at the side you can
alter the orientation so you can have it
in all sorts of extremely convenient
forms I prefer that one and that’s it so
you note down the readings and you’re
away and in order to finish you take
this elf you get the slightly amusing
message finger out and after a few
seconds it will simply turn itself off
that’s it it’s really good it seems like
a very good quality object I expect this
to last it’s well-made it’s seems
accurate I’ve no way of calibrating the
oxygen saturations but certainly the
pulse readings are very good and I can
recommend this it’s a really nice thing
and if you need to use that sort of
thing I think you’ll find it very good

Choicemmed Pulse Oximeters

The ChoiceMMed pulse oximeter is a portable device that can be worn to measure blood oxygen saturation (BPS) for patients with varying degrees of cardiac problems. Although it can also be used for patients without any known cardiac disease, the medical uses of this product are fairly similar for all patients. However, if you have a history of heart disease or have had a recent heart attack, then this particular product may not be right for you.

One of the main advantages of using a ChoiceMMed pulse oximeter while being exposed to the environment of a hospital, is that it is considered safe. Although there are no published studies or official guidelines regarding the use of best pulse oximeters in hospitals, studies have shown that these devices reduce the risk of infections from various bacteria and viruses. These devices are commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes, and they are considered safe for most patients. If your medical condition warrants their use, then it would be recommended that you follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Another reason why choosing a ChoiceMMed pulse oximeter while being monitored in a hospital is not advisable, is the fact that you will be required to remove the device from the environment of the hospital. This is especially true if you need to leave the hospital, because there are many hospital policies that require a patient to remove all electronic devices from the premises, including these types of devices. Therefore, even though you will be using the pulse oximeter while being monitored in a hospital, it may not be allowed to be worn at other locations.

For those patients who are exposed to a high level of ambient oxygen while being monitored in a hospital setting, the presence of oxygen can cause changes in the blood oxygen saturation. Although it is impossible to control the level of oxygen, the higher levels of oxygen may affect the quality of the patient’s life. Therefore, it is important to choose a product that has a feature that can automatically adjust itself to the higher level of ambient oxygen, even during prolonged periods of low oxygen levels. These products are typically called ventilators and can be monitored by the patient on a monitor attached to their pulse oximeter.

Many people use these products when they have had previous heart attacks, because they can monitor their oxygenation as well. However, some cardiac conditions cannot be treated using conventional means, and there may be no way to measure their oxygen levels at the time of the attack. If this is the case, then this device may be used to measure their oxygen levels prior to a heart surgery or other invasive procedure, in order to ensure the patient’s health and comfort after the procedure.

However, patients with cardiac conditions are not the only ones that can benefit from this type of ChoiceMMed pulse oximeter. People with respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD may also benefit from this device. The device can monitor their oxygen levels, as can individuals with pulmonary or cardiac problems.

Choicemmed Pulse Oximeter Guide

ChoiceMMed fingertip pulse oximeter

The ChoiceMMed Fingertips Pulse Oximeter is a new oximeter that incorporates two of the most innovative medical technology to-day; the patented Fuzzy Channel and Smart Array technologies. The Fuzzy Channel utilizes patented technology that allows you to view your pulse rate in real time while you are having your blood oxygen saturation measured. You’ll instantly see if you’re within the normal healthy range or you may have low oxygen levels which could be indicative of an elevated heart rate. If your oxygen levels are dangerously low, the Smart Array system will immediately measure your blood oxygen saturation and display a graphic of what your oxygen level status is. When comparing your readings from the Fuzzy Channel with your readings from the Smart Array, you can quickly and easily see the difference.

The ChoiceMMed Fingertips Pulse Oximeter also has incredibly handy LCD display which makes it easy for you to read your results. You can customize the display so that it is completely in color and even adjust the display to your preferred viewing angle. Another feature of the Fingertips is the “iri” feature, or if you are having trouble getting the results to come out right, the ionization light on the device will illuminate to signal that you need to rest assured that the results are accurate. The ionization light will also turn off if the desired result is not achieved.

The ChoiceMMed Fingertips Pulse Oximeter is designed to provide accurate results in a fraction of the time that older pulse oximeters could. This newer model allows you to determine your blood oxygen saturation within just a few seconds. When compared to traditional gas sensors, the ChoiceMMed Fingertips Oximeter is about three times faster, which allows you to respond quicker when faced with a health emergency. Because the ionization light is constantly powered on, it only takes minutes for it to reach its maximum capacity, which means that you can be taking your oxygen levels much quicker with the Fingertips than with other models. If you are curious as to how your oxygen levels are currently at any given time, simply place the finger on the sensor and the computer will begin to calculate how many oxygen molecules are in your blood at any given time.

My husband and I had covid, so I ordered this and it arrived the next day. His oxygen levels were extremely low. I brought him to the ER, where he was life-flighted to another hospital. He didn’t want to go. He decided to go to the hospital because we had this system and I explained what the numbers meant to him. He was there for two weeks, and I arrived about a week later. This works well, is easy to read, and is fairly accurate. We’ve since recovered fully.

I bought this after my old pulse oximeter broke. I was doubtful because I enjoyed my previous one so much that I didn’t think I’d enjoy another one as much. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and thankfully, I was completely wrong. I not only like it, but I like it even more than the one I had before!

The multi-directional show is wonderful. Your stats are easily visible from any angle. The rubberized piece on the inside is very smooth to the touch, and it reminds me of silicone. The pulse oximeter fits snugly on your finger and provides a fast and accurate reading. I compared it to manually taking my pulse, and it was dead on!

When I went to the Choicemed website, all I saw was the same operation manual that came with the unit. While it is simple to use, the manual claims that there are four screen choices for readings. When I press the button, I only get two screen choices to adjust. There is just one on/off button and two displays that alternate between each other.

The system is functional. The main screen readings are legible to me. I’m not sure what the second screen reading is about. In addition, there is no clarification in the instruction manual.
