MDS806550E is the model number for this Medline K4. We’ve been using the wheelchair for five weeks and are very pleased with it. Wife’s tibia was broken near the knee. For her comfort, the elevating leg rest (ELR) is needed. If you’re seated at a table, the arm rests can be rotated up out of the way. However, we haven’t had to adjust the armrests yet. At 45 pounds, it’s not too heavy. We’re happy to have a sturdy wheelchair, even though it’s not feather-light. Fills the back of our Honda CRV with cargo. When entering or leaving the chair, the elevating foot rests unlatch and swing out of the way. These leg rests can also be quickly removed. When I put the chair into the car, I remove them.

The bottle holder was of little use to me because the back of the chair has some pouches built into the material that can be used to carry some objects, including a bottle of water. The leg extensions are simple to remove and easy to reinstall, allowing you to save some weight when picking up the chair.
